We continued on “Fences”. I wasn’t a narrator today. Thank goodness. It was a chill day. We was on a lockdown. Oh well yk. We took notes and we are supposed to upload a photo of them. So here you go Mr.Rease.

 We started a book. Called “fences”. I played the narrator. It was whatever I guess. It was calm and we turned in our one page analysis. I tried my best on it and I don’t really expect a 100 yk but I do expect at least a 90 because man I did work. It wasn’t a good rockpile to you. But it was to me. 

ITS FREAKING FRIDAYYYYYYYYYY!!!!! YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. It’s finally here. The myth that we call freedom. Thank goodness!!! We pretty much just finished up the work if we didn’t finish it yesterday. And Mr.Rease wasn’t here today so we just kinda chilled today. Anyways this is the last blog of the week. Goodbyeeeeeeee.

Mr. Rease wasn’t here today. And so we went to Ms.Kings class and had a blast. IT WAS SO FUN IN THERE!!! It wasn’t too loud as usual and it wasn’t too quiet to be anxious. It was just fun. Everyone did their work and then we had our own free time. And it was just amazing! Only one more day left!

It’s Wednesday and we were doing drafts of our One Page Analysis. I did a rockpile that was different from everyone else’s and everyone laughed. I think it was an amazing piece yk. And that was all we did today. 2 MORE DAYS LEFTTT.

We read the story today. Called “Rockpile”. It was an alright story. I didn’t really think much of it to be honest. We were also told that we had a “one page analysis” to do on the story. Which is like a picture or something. I’m not sure. I don’t really like the assignment but whatever. It’s Tuesday so only 3 more days.

We didn’t really do much but get introduced to our concept for the week. We were told that we had a story to do coming up. We watched a video of Mr Rease showing us a one hit wonder from mobile Alabama. And that’s about it for Monday.

I think it could affect his present life by causing trauma. A lot of veterans get ptsd. And that constant reminder can trigger at anytime. So it could stop their process of life. Or as a father it could stop them from doing something. Like for example the kid might not even be able to play basketball cause the sound of the basketball hitting the floor could possibly trigger the dad.

It’s Friday and we ain’t do much. I’m just ready to go home. I’m trying to sleep and not get up. Not suicidal like that though just saying I love sleep. When 3:00pm hits I’m out. Imma be the first one out the door. And I cant wait man. I cant wait. 2nd period down only 2 more to go. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.

We finished up our benchmarks today. And Mr.Rease told me that I couldn’t spit in a trash can. I don’t really mind benchmarks like that. Just glad it’s almost Friday man. I’m about to be out of school. Thank the spirits for coming through with this 4 day school week. Praise them fr!!!!!

We took a benchmark. That was about it. It had like 15+ questions. I didn’t do good on them. I put “I’m not sure” for most of them. I’m not sorry for doing that. I honestly think that 3 paragraphs is a stretch. And it’s stressful on top of being a stretch. So hey man yk I did what I could do for that particular day.

I said Mr.Rease was obnoxious today. Sorry if it was harsh. I just don’t feel good. I needed to go to the restroom. I have a headache and I feel sick. Today I wasn’t productive. I’m sorry about that. I’m not in the mood and my comment was uncalled for. I just really need some time yk. Sorry about that Mr. Rease. I know you’ll read this and I, Bri’Unna Lester, am sorry. Maybe tomorrow I’ll be productive.

Today we have a test. About Emily Dickinson. She’s kinda the main topic of our assignments this week. She’s pretty cool ngl I love learning about her. Just kinda want a new subject. Let’s learn about people like Maya Angelou. And do more poems from Gwendolyn Brooks. Let’s admire other people for once. But like I said I love her poems just kinda wanna be fascinated by something else. Something new yk.

 We started on our paragraphs for poems. It was really a lot of work tbh. And I don’t really understand how we had to do all that work. Like can’t we just interpret in our heads and move on. We had a whole tag team on this assignment. Like I love these poems but man what. 10 PARAGRAPHS WAS REALLY A LOT FOR REAL! But I guess it’s worth it. That’s all for this Thunderous Thursday. 

We really just didn’t do anything that day. I mean I guess we sat and chilled. We did some more Emily Dickinson spiels. It was cool. Just not really much that we did idk what else to say. I just don’t wanna get a 0 so I’m still typing. And I’m still typing. And so on. I just don’t want that 0 in my grade that’s all. Uh yea that’s pretty much it.
