We did the poems again. This time we finished up the funeral one. I did relate to it in some ways. Not even goin lie I don’t think anyone was paying attention. Seeing as Cedar Grove High School was a freaking sauna today. We had a fire drill cause Mr. Clifton Spears was pushing buttons in his office. Like a manic. And that’s how he tied to todays lesson. The topic was “Losing Your Mind”. He definitely lost it alright.

1.) I mean from the video I think it exists but from my own point of view I definitely know that it does. 2.) My reaction is that it’s gorgeous. 3.) I liked it but would’ve expected way more. 4.) It puts me a perspective because I now know and feel that life outside of earth exists. It had to. They’re too many plants for it no to. You’re gonna try and sit here and tell me that there isn’t life on Mars or Pluto or Venus or Saturn and so on. You’d be lying and I wouldn’t believe you. What proof do you have other than your what 4th grade or 5th grade teacher telling you that because they were so small minded. And the black hole was the icing on the cake. I loved it. I don’t like what it does to the world but it’s beautiful. A beautiful disaster is what I call it.  Today in class we just did our bell ringer and a poem. I love love love love L O V E!!!! Poems!!!! They’re the best ever. It was by Emily Dickinson. I learned that she died before she was famous. Such a tragedy. Doesn’t change t

Today we had a bell ringer about keeping things simple and not complicated. We then went on to learn about my favorite poem by my favorite poet. “We Real Cool” by Gwendolyn Brooks. I love her and that poem. It relates to me a lot and when I first found out about it a year back it stuck with me. While reading the poem we found out that Mr Rease use to do drugs. It was definitely an eye opener. Go Mr Rease I suppose. My take from todays lesson on this Ferocious Friday is to live your life. And I will. Have a great weekend!!!!

 Today we pretty much just finished up our essays. Didn’t really do much. I finished mines though. And I think it’s amazing. Tomorrow is Friday so whoop whoop. Almost done with this week. Thank goodness!!!

Today we finished up our origin myth stories. Or at least I did. We didn’t have a bell ringer today just doing our stories. I said I wrote about kid cudi (my favorite artist). And I added another character named Marissa. I guess you’ll have to read it to fill in the rest of the dots. Uh yea that was about it for today though.

Today Mr.Reese fixed my grade. Thank you Mr Reese!!! I have a 90 now and I’m so excited. Today we started our origin myth story assignments. But before that we watched a bell ringer called “Recoiled”. It was about this girl who straightened her hair because she was being made fun of and felt insecure. Even though her hair was and is amazing. But back to my origin story. I’m doing it on my favorite artist kid cudi. Today was good. 

 Uh we pretty much just did paragraphs. It was certainly a school day. And I definitely learned some interesting things!
